SharpTop Cove 2017

by Luke on January 10, 2017

Registration is now open for the best week of your life! This summer, we are headed back to Sharp Top Cove!  We will depart on chartered buses (complete with WiFi and plugins) the night of July 22nd and return the morning of July 30th.  This is the “dead week” for Missouri high school sports, so you won’t have any conflicts with fall sports practice.

The total cost for the trip is $799.  This includes transportation on chartered buses, insurance, lodging, all the activities and excellent food for our entire stay.  The only “extra” money you will need is for food on the bus trip and goods at the gift shop (optional).  We will offer several fund raisers this winter and spring.  Many students have fund raised their entire trip!

All that is required to sign up is a $150 deposit and a completed registration form.  The deposit is refundable until April 1 when we have to make a financial commitment to SharpTop Cove.  In addition, a second payment of $150 is due April 15.  Final payment is due July 1.

  • Registration for first timers opens January 1.
  • Registration for second timers opens February 22.
  • Second timers: you need to sign up two friends to come with you before you can register (per Young Life’s national policy which limits 2nd timers to 20% of our trip). In addition to the registration form and payment make sure to turn in your second timer form.
  • Those in financial need can apply online for a Camp Scholarship.  The deadline application is March 31.
  • We offer the following discounts: $10 if you register and pay online, $100/person if more than one sibling registers, $150 if you sign up for our monthly payment program (must qualify for this one).

Two ways to sign up:

1. The old fashioned way: bring your $150 deposit and registration form (handed out at Club) to club or mail it to: Young Life, P.O. Box 10144, Columbia, MO 65205.

2. The new fashioned way ONLINE ($10 off if you use this option)…sign up on the form below AND pay your $150 deposit online.
